About Nyborgs

The company behind Nyborgs, Current Value AS, was established in 2023 and has developed new digital methods to value art, antiques and valuables. Through these methods, the company also offers related valuation services such as the Inheritance and Division Service and the Art and Catalog Service. In 2025, the company started with auctions and brokerage sales.

The founders of the company, the brothers Pascal and Petter Nyborg, have extensive work experience from two different industries. Pascal is a recognized professional in the art and auction industry, with an education in art history from Stirling University and Sotheby's and work experience from, among others, Christiania, Blomqvist, Christie's and Bonhams auction houses. Petter has a background in digital solutions and media, with a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University, a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and work experience from, among others, National Geographic, the World Bank and most recently 17 years of experience from FINN.no (Vend/Schibsted).
